The other morning, I had a dream. In the dream, I had 3 friends who were heading towards a fence in the opposite direction. As they were getting closer to the fence, I noticed this was not a normal fence. It was a chain link fence, but not the typical kind made from steel. It looked like live wire linked together like a chain link fence. I believe my friends were hoping it was a normal fence that they were planning to jump. Since this was live wire, I yelled out to them to stop and turn around. At first, they did not listen. I had 2 other friends standing next to me. So, we all yelled out to tell them to stop. Luckily, they took heed to the warning, turned around, and started making their way back. Unfortunately, it was too late. Their distance to the fence was enough to create a spark, that then created a chain reaction down the mile long fence. The spark created a fire, then a sudden explosion. I thought for sure my friends were done for. I thought to myself in the dream, "oh no! I am going to witness my friends catch on fire and perish." But, as quickly as the fire exploded all around them, it went out just as quick. As if there was a vacuum behind in the fence that sucks the fire away. When it happened, I thought for sure my friends were still going to be on fire. Thank God, they were unharmed and unscathed. My 2 friends and I ran towards my other 3 friends to check on them. They were fine as though nothing happened. (This reminds me of the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego {see Daniel 3:16-28}). Their hair was unsinged, their skin untouched, and no burns. As I walked behind them, I noticed the back of their clothes was burned up to where you could see their bare backs, however, no burn marks on their skin. I knew this was a miracle from God.

Here is the interpretation. It took me a couple days to receive it. I received most of it this morning based on 1 word: "fundamental." When I heard that word, it brought me right to this dream. Then I heard the Lord say, "course correction is fundamental to spiritual growth." So, here it goes...

1) The fire was God's judgment.
2) They were walking in disobedience.
3) God uses His messengers to send warning to others.
4) The fence that appeared to be normal is the devil's deception. He wants things to appear normal to get us to sin and to feel comfortable in our sin. He doesn't want to warn you of the consequences. There is a saying, "the devil will present the bait, but hide the hook."
5) God knows of the consequences, so He sends His people out to warn others of those consequences.
6) I knew that if I did not warn my friends, they would have kept going and they would have perished. Thank God they took heed to that warning, and they turned around just in the nick of time (God's perfect timing). Because they did take heed to the warning, their lives were saved. By God's grace, love, and mercy, He spared their life. This is the part where they were unsinged and unharmed by the fire.

Moral of this dream, Jesus is returning and so many are still living in their sin very comfortably. This is the deception of the devil. He wants us to feel comfortable, so we don't change. This unwilling to change is from rebellion, pride, and stubbornness. None of these characteristics are from God. We need to humble ourselves and receive the course correction because it is detrimental for our salvation, for growth, so we are not deceived, and it brings us close to Christ. We need to be ready for Christ's return. We do not want to be left behind and or left out of Heaven when it's our time to go. Sin separates us from God and this is the devil's plan because he wants us to go down with him.

"For false Christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect."

If no one ever believes anything I say here, I encourage you to read the Bible yourself. This is so important. Without the Word, even Christians will be deceived.
